Find folder one of the following folders. Path and filename might be a little different depending on ARB bit version, etc.

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\ReportBuilder

OR

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\ReportBuilder

Right click

Add new string

Provide Value Name

Enter Value data of ‘debug’
