Issue/Symptoms

Is it possible to get Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates in order to make REST Application Programming Interface (API) calls from Adobe Campaign to an external system to fetch some data? The external application supports certificate-based authentication.

Resolution resolution

Adobe Campaign does not support client-side certificate authentication against an external server.
