Issue/Symptoms

Internal server error in Campaign when syncing templates from AEM:

INT-150012 The HTTP query returned a 'Internal Server error' type error (500)
Current session is not authorized to replicate /content/dam/<xxx>/support/images/others/ophone-x.png

Resolution resolution

Confirm that the Campaign user in AEM has replication rights. For steps, refer to Setting Replication Privileges in the Administering Guide.

Cause
If the Campaign user does not have replication rights, it cannot copy content from AEM.
