Issue/Symptoms
When you are using Analytics as the behavioural source for recommendations criteria, you are not able to see the correct report suite in the drop-down – some are there, but the one you want to choose is missing.
Steps to recreate:
- Recommendations
>Criteria>Create Criteria - Data Source
>Behavioural Data Source>Analytics - The report suite I want to use does not appear in the drop-down list.
Resolution resolution
Ensure that the recommendations user is created in the Admin Console and you have the necessary rights to the report suites in the Product Profile assigned. This user should match to the user configured in Recommendations Classic.
