Seed address not visible on selecting “Import seed template” in delivery

In order to make use of the Import seed template option, you need to create seed addresses with the Template type folder. This article explains how.

Issue

When trying to add seed addresses from a folder via Import seed template option in delivery, the result shows 0 even though the folder is populated.

Cause

The reason why no values are seen is because when clicking on the Import seed templates option, it starts looking for the seed addresses that are stored under Template type folder.

The seed address folder that you select belongs to a folder that does not have the model type as Template.

Resolution resolution

To check this, simply go to the concerned seed address folder, and configure the list to add the  Template column.
