Not able to display consistent recommendations with content similarity

Issue/Symptoms

The use case displays the products from the same category the visitor is currently accessing.

Criteria Definition used: Most Viewed Item as recommendations key, with content similarity type.

Resolution resolution

Cause

When using content similarity with Most Viewed recommendation key, the recommended product might change with each page refresh.

This happens because the most viewed key of the visitor might change with each page refresh.

Recommendation

Use content similarity with the current Item as recommendation criteria in place of the Most Viewed key.
