Hi, I’m Emily. As an HR manager, I often need to inform employees about important events and notices. And we don’t have a big budget or a big team in HR, so anything we can do to make this easy really helps. And that’s why we use Adobe Express. We’re working on a flyer here for an upcoming employee webinar. And I had this PDF from last year’s event, but I want to make some edits, make it a bit more fun. I could do that here in Acrobat, but I know I have more design tools and flexibility in Adobe Express. Rebuilding this from scratch would be a ton of work. But luckily, Express allows me to import a PDF file. And nobody knows PDF like Adobe. So I know I’m going to get a full fidelity, layered, editable file, and I can start making changes right away. First thing I want to do is update this color. Let’s use something brighter like our Frisco green. And the next thing I’m going to want to do is to replace this background image. I want something a bit more fun, something that is going to convince employees to come to this webinar. And I have something in mind. So I can enter that as a text prompt here in text to image. And I’m thinking hot air balloons at sunrise over mountains. Now we try to maintain some visual consistency in our HR communications because we want our employees to recognize them. But sometimes this can be difficult to achieve when we’re using generative AI. But Firefly is different. I have more control. I can use a reference image like this one that’s in the visual style I’m looking for. This is going to guide Firefly to generate content that matches that visual style. And look at that. I have a lot of great options to choose from here. I think I’m going to go with this one. Let’s go ahead and set that as our page background. This flyer is looking really good. But we need to keep moving because we need multiple versions of this for both print and digital. Now for print, this can actually be surprisingly challenging. And you know what I mean if you’ve ever sent something off to the printer and had it come back with text or other elements cut off on the edges. So Express allows us to preview the margins and bleeds so we know the content is safe. And when we’re ready, we can download a PDF that includes the crop marks and bleeds and we’re good to go. Okay, our printed flyer is done, but that’s not all we need. I also want to post this to our chat, our internet and our in-office digital signage. But those channels all require different sizes. That can be a lot of work to recreate this in all of those different sizes. But Express makes this easy with the built-in resize feature. Express gives me this handy list of common sizes. This has exactly what I need. So I’ll choose square for chat, a web banner, a presentation. I’ll click duplicate and resize and there we go. These are looking great and I can even come in and make some minor modifications. I’m going to adjust the placement of this background image and also move this over a bit. I think that looks really good right there. And as soon as I’m done with these minor edits, I’ll be ready to download and publish. With Adobe Express, design is made easy. I can create the communications I need quickly and easily. For all the channels my employees use to stay informed. Thank you.
