What’s a video timeline?
Learn about the timeline, where you arrange and edit video objects such as videos, images, text, and graphics in your project. The timeline is a representation of the objects and the order of the objects that make up a video.

At the bottom of the screen, we can see the project timeline. And the timeline is a represent version of the clips and the order of the clips that make up a video.
When we press play, we can see the play head moving from left to right where the play head is on the timeline is the part of the video that is shown in the project viewfinder. When you’re editing videos, you’ll spend a lot of your time in the timeline, spliting clips, reordering clips, and arranging them to make a compelling video.
