When you go to the customer account page (section My Account), you don’t see recent orders placed in another store view. However, when you go to the order history (section My Orders), you see all orders in both Store Views.
Steps to reproduce:
-
Install Adobe Commerce.
-
In the Admin panel, create a new Store View and enter its code as, second, to identify the view.
-
Create a simple product and reindex.
-
Create a customer account and place an order in the default store view whose code is default.
-
Go to the My Orders page and check the order is visible in both Store Views, for example:
-
Default: https://localhost/pub/default/sales/order/history/
-
Second: https://localhost/pub/second/sales/order/history/
-
Go to the My Account page in both Store Views:
-
Default: https://localhost/pub/default/customer/account/
-
Second: https://localhost/pub/second/customer/account/
Expected results:
You can see orders from both store views on the Orders page. It’s the same store, just a different store view.
Actual results:
The behavior is inconsistent. Orders do not appear in the second store view.
