ACSD-62670: Ordered Products Report export to CSV and XML throws error

The ACSD-62670 patch fixes the issue where exporting the Ordered Products Report to CSV and XML throws an error. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.56 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-62670. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.8.

The patch is created for Adobe Commerce version:

  • Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.4.7-p3

Compatible with Adobe Commerce versions:

  • Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.4.4-p11, 2.4.5-p10, 2.4.6-p8, 2.4.7-p3
NOTE
The patch might become applicable to other versions with new Quality Patches Tool releases. Issue

Export of the Ordered Products Report to CSV and XML throws an error.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the Admin panel, and navigate to Reports > Products > Ordered.
  2. Try to export either CSV or Excel files.

Expected results:

Reports are exported without errors.

Actual results:

Export of the Ordered Products Report results in error 404.
