ACSD-61134: Braintree Vault payment method automatically deselected in checkout workflow
The ACSD-61134 patch fixes the issue where the Braintree Vault payment method is automatically deselected in the checkout workflow when a shopper updates their billing address by deselecting the My billing and shipping address are the same checkbox. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.54 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-61134. Please note that this issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7-beta1.

Braintree Vault payment method is automatically deselected in the checkout workflow.
Steps to reproduce:
- Configure the Braintree payment method with Vault enabled.
- Checkout and save a card in the Vault.
- Checkout another product.
- On the Shipping page, add a new shipping address so you have two addresses to select.
- On the Payment page, select your payment method and click My billing and shipping addresses are the same.
Expected results:
The selected payment method remains selected.
Actual results:
The selected payment method is unchecked.
