This is Russell with Adobe Commerce. This session, it’s an overview of Adobe Commerce Optimizer. I’m gonna help explain why it was created, how it helps and a few of its core capabilities. So Adobe Commerce Optimizer was developed to address some reoccurring issues faced by customers who have heavily invested in their existing solutions. Replatforming to a new solution, it’s not always feasible. So we created a way to enhance their current front end experiences. So how does Adobe Commerce Optimizer help? Well, what it does is it provides a new highly performance storefront that boosts organic traffic and supports merchandising tools like AB testing. This also allows sites to grow faster, expand into more sales channels and geographies. Next, we’re gonna talk about our four main pillars. The first being increasing storefront traffic and conversion rates. Next, we like to focus on boosting merchandiser productivity and creativity, followed by rapidly scaling digital operations across business lines, geographies and channels. And lastly, simplifying management for lower total cost of ownership and faster innovation. Our goal is to help businesses grow revenue, innovate quickly and optimize shopping experiences on their existing commerce platforms. Many customers on these legacy commerce platforms, they face suboptimal storefront experiences and they lack personalized interactions. Adobe Commerce Optimizer is a headless storefront built on top of your existing ERP, CRM, OMS and all those other related systems. It eliminates the risk of moving to another solution. All this is powered by Adobe’s composable commerce data model, along with Adobe product discovery and product recommendations. Now we do also offer storefront migration services and this helps convert your existing front end experience into our edge delivery services. This edge delivery services, this is a foundational aspect of Adobe Commerce Optimizer. We also provide plug and play catalog integrations for third-party catalogs, such as Salesforce. And we even offer before and after site metrics to prove the effectiveness of these changes. One of our most powerful features is our ability to orchestrate catalog data from multiple sources into a unified catalog. And as I said before, this service, it’s open to non-Adobe Commerce customers. More importantly, if your company is an existing Adobe Experience Manager user and you couple that with your existing external commerce solution, it makes for a very familiar space to add on this new headless commerce front end. So this wraps up the session where we’ve covered the overview for Adobe Commerce Optimizer. I hope you continue to learn more about this topic by visiting other Experience League tutorials and documentation, as well as continue your journey on learning all of the other Adobe products.
