Integrating AII Masses with Adobe Commerce centralized asset management enhances customer engagement with personalized content and streamlines workflow with complete asset lifecycle control. This native integration puts efficiency and speed up content time to market, with no additional cost for merchants holding AII Masses and Commerce licenses. Once the integration is installed, David will gain access to a new configuration section within the admin panel. In this section, he can enable the integration and input all the required information to get it up and running. Additionally, David will have the capability to define the matching strategy between products and assets ensuring seamless integration and alignment between the two systems. Once the bulk import is completed, Noah will have visibility into the assets available on the Commerce platform. Additionally, we’ll be able to search for a specific product, being able to, for example, create social media posts for a specific product. Let’s explore a more specific use case for Emma. Emma wants to create our new product variant, which can be done directly in AII Masses using its available tool. In that scenario, she will use Adobe Express and AII-driven generative field tool to add an image of a bottle in the product. David has configured the integration for the synchronization. It’s being made based on the schedule. Emma will need to simply save that new variant, including the schedule in the failed name, making it easy to identify and manage the new variant and ensuring it will be automatically being synchronized. AII assets manage the entire lifecycle of an asset, meaning that until an asset is approved, it remains invisible both in the admin panel and in the frontend. The company has a strict policy requiring managers approval for an asset created with artificial intelligence. Emma will assign the task to Daniel, who needs to assess whatever the new variant created with AI complies with the brand guidelines. After Daniel approves the asset, the integration will automatically synchronize it with the frontend, ensuring that the asset is displayed without any further manual integration from Noah or Emma. Emma will then be able to start to manage the asset through the Adobe Commerce Admin Panel. The integration will oversee all the aspects of the asset visibility, including approval, removal or expiration, and ensuring the asset is appropriately being displayed in both the admin panel and the storefront. To support this, the Commerce Admin Panel functionality and the storefront API has been extended, ensuring seamless display of AI assets in both environments.
