ACSD-54040: Created field is blank in order details when B2B modules are enabled.
The ACSD-54040 patch fixes the issue where the Created field remains blank on the order details page when B2B modules are enabled. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.40 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-54040. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

When B2B modules are enabled, the Created field remains blank on the order details page.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install Adobe Commerce with the B2B module.
- Create a new customer and place an order.
- Go to the order details on the frontend and check the Created field.
Expected results:
The Created field displays the date when the order was created.
Actual results:
The Created field is blank
