ACSD-52133: Customer account cannot be saved after an upgrade
The ACSD-52133 patch fixes the issue where a customer account cannot be saved after an upgrade. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.35 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-52133. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

Customer account cannot be saved after an upgrade.
Steps to reproduce:

Install Adobe Commerce version 2.4.4.

Create a customer.

Upgrade Adobe Commerce to 2.4.6 from the earlier version of 2.4.4 where a customer was already created.

Set the encryption key as below in
env.php

Set the values below into database for any customer under the
customer_entity
table:code language-none -> rp_token as incr4869 -> rp_token_created_at as "2021-04-29 20:06:14"

Go to Admin > Customers > All Customers.

Edit the customer for which the above values were updated.

Click on Save Customer or Save and Continue Edit
Expected results:
The customer is saved successfully without errors.
Actual results:
- The customer record is not saved.
- The admin sees the following error message: Something went wrong while saving the customer.
