ACSD-47107: catalog price rule is applied to custom options

The ACSD-47107 patch fixes the issue where the catalog price rule is applied to custom options. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.23 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-47107. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.6.

Issue

Catalog price rule is applied to custom options.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a catalog price rule.
  2. Set it to Apply as a percentage of original price and add a 10% discount.
  3. Select any product.
  4. Create a few custom options.
  5. Check the price on the frontend.

Expected results:

Catalog price rule is not applied to custom options; it is only applied to the product’s original price.

Actual results:

Catalog price rule is applied to custom options.
