ACSD-47076: Vimeo videos cannot be played on the storefront
The ACSD-47076 patch fixes the issue where Vimeo videos cannot be played on the storefront. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.21 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-47076. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.6.

Vimeo videos cannot be played on the storefront.
Steps to reproduce:
- Add a Vimeo video to a product in the Commerce Admin > Catalog > Products > product edit page > Images and Videos.
- Open the product on the storefront and play the video.
Expected results:
The Vimeo video can be played.
Actual results:
The Vimeo video cannot be played on the storefront.
