MDVA-42790: Product price attributes cannot be updated for specific website via REST API
The MDVA-42790 patch fixes the issue where users are not able to update product price attributes for specific websites via REST API. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.11 is installed. The patch ID is MDVA-42790. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.5.

Steps to reproduce:

In the Admin go to Stores > Configuration > Catalog > Price > and set Catalog Price Scope to Website.

Update special price for a bundled product using REST API,

Special price is updated for the bundled product when the Catalog Price Scope is set to Website.

Special price is not updated for the bundled product when the Catalog Price Scope is set to Website.
