Hello, everyone. In this video, we will discuss the steps to resolve the issue of SMS broad log status showing sent when SMS is sent to an incorrect number in Adobe Campaign. When a message is successfully sent to the provider, the broad log status will remain as sent with the reason of sent to provider. But when a message is sent to an incorrect number, the broad log status still shows sent. This could be because the SMS external account of the instance is not configured correctly. Hence, all your messages stay with the status of sent. To resolve this, go to external account and under mobile channel, click on SMSC specificities. You can verify the regex in the extraction regex field for any issues. Different SMS providers may have different patterns. So you can check this by turning on the logging to view these inbound responses in the logs. To do so, go to connection settings tab and check the enable verbose SMPP traces in the log file field.
