Hello, everyone. In this video, we will discuss the steps to resolve an SMS delivery going in pending state for some newly created external accounts. In Adobe Campaign Classic console, open the delivery which is in pending state and click on Properties. Under the Topology tab, click on search icon to open the topology. Here you can see that the SMS affinity is added. Now open the config-TEST.XML file in the conflict folder where your campaign instance is installed and locate IPAffinity tag. Just add the SMS affinity in the file as shown and save it. Now you need to reload the config or restart the instance for the new configuration to be picked up.
