Hello, everyone. In this video, we will discuss the steps to resolve message canceled error in Adobe Campaign. You might encounter message canceled representation unavailable error in delivery while sending an email for an offer. To resolve this, open Adobe Campaign classic console and in the lift panel, go to Deliveries, open a delivery and click on Offer icon at the top bar. In the offer management dialog box, tick the check box for Do not display anything if no offers are selected field. Once done, click on OK.
