Frequently Asked Questions
Get quick answers to the most common questions about the move from LLM Optimizer to Adobe Brand Visibility - from where to log in to how your metrics change.
Where do I log in to Adobe Brand Visibility?
If you have a trial or paid account, log in at abv.adobe.com with your Adobe ID.
Is there a way to try Adobe Brand Visibility without an account?
Yes - you can explore the public demo at play.bv.now, no login required.
Are there any metrics I track in LLM Optimizer that change in Adobe Brand Visibility?
There are two metrics that are renamed:
The Visibility Score is now called Brand Visibility. It’s now measured purely as how often your brand is mentioned. Previously, the score also factored citations, position, and sentiment. The number may look different, but it is not a reflection of changes in your AI presence - it’s a clearer metric, focused only on mentions
The Popularity indicator is now improved to Topic Volume. Instead of having a high/med/low estimate, you now see actual search demand.
Are there any new metrics in Adobe Brand Visibility?
Yes. Adobe Brand Visibility now tracks the metric Source Visibility, which reflects how often your website is used as a source in AI answers.
Does my Share of Voice number look different?
Yes, likely different. Share of Voice now reflects your visibility weighted by search demand and ranking position - a more traffic-oriented measure than a simple mention share.
Do my mentions or citation counts look different?
Yes, and likely higher. The enhanced experience introduces two new metrics - Mentions and Citations - that count every occurrence of your brand or website within an AI-generated response, not just whether they appeared. Your existing Brand Mentions and Citations metrics have been renamed to Responses with Mentions and Responses with Citations, and continue to use the same methodology as before - each response is counted once. For the closest comparison to your historical data, use those renamed metrics and focus on overall trends rather than direct comparisons.
Does anything change with my existing opportunities?
No. Everything currently available in LLM Optimizer continues to work exactly the same in Adobe Brand Visibility - same opportunities, identification, and deployment processes.
How long do optimization measurements take?
It takes about 2 weeks. It’s important to note that seasonality does not affect the reported results. The methodology measures performance for a fixed set of prompts, not website traffic or page popularity. The same prompts are evaluated before and after deployment.
How does Impact Measurement Engine measure optimization impact?
When you deploy a supported opportunity like Recover Content Visibility for specific URLs, the Engine automatically creates custom measurement prompts for those URLs. It uses these prompts to set a baseline, re-run the same prompts throughout a period and track changes in AI responses.
