Summary

In this lab, you built and validated an Order Shipped event-driven journey using Adobe Journey Optimizer within Adobe Experience Platform.

You began by configuring an event that serves as the trigger for a customer journey and creating a custom action that defines how the journey interacts with an external endpoint. Using these components, you built a unitary journey designed to respond to an Order Shipped event.

After configuring the journey, you tested the setup and sent a simulated event using Postman to trigger the experience. You then validated that the event was successfully ingested into the platform and confirmed that the journey executed as expected.
