Request to add content for Experience League
In an effort to streamline and keep track of inbound content request, the DX Product Enablement team uses Jira to track requests.
Before you request content
We generally ask that you follow and be aware of these guidelines when submitting a request,
- Make a best effort to ensure the content doesn’t already exist. Use Google and perform a detailed search on Experience League. For example, if you are searching for code samples,
code sample site:experienceleague.adobe.com
. This is a very effective way to quickly locate content. - Content requested should be focused on use of Adobe’s enterprise products.
- The request should originate from a customer request, from someone in a customer facing role, or from a member of the product team
- Be aware that just because content is requested it does not imply that it will be built
- Be as descriptive as possible when submitting the request
Ensure you have access
Experience League uses Jira to manage all of the content that we create. Check your access Jira by logging in.
Requesting content

Navigate to Jira, click on Create and create a new Request in the Knowledge Transfer (KT) project.

Provide a concise summary of the request.

The description should be as detailed as possible, feel free to include links and any supporting images.

Select the solution(s), you can select multiple values

Components will let you further refine the selected solutions, ideally select component values related to the main solutions.

While all required fields have been completed and you can click the Create button at the bottom of the screen, you may also further refine your request by providing data in the remaining fields.

Your request will be automatically assigned to the appropriate member of the team for review. If you request is something that we take on, your request will be migrated to an appropriate Issue Type in the KT project.
