Add asset collection tiles

Learning scenario

One of the primary reasons the WKND team selected AEM for their asset management was its flexibility in many areas. As far as projects go, the system can accommodate a variety of approaches to getting the needed work done. Now that all assets that required review have been reviewed, the DAM administrator, the project owner, needs to gather all assets that need action on them and add them to this project. When the assets are easily accessible within the project, further action can be taken on rejected assets and assets that have requested changes.

Similar to the previous activity, this process could easily be moved to an integrated Workfront implementation, giving even richer controls over the process portion of the work.

Demo 4.3: add asset collection tiles

In this demonstration, your instructor (playing the DAM admin role) will create two smart collections: one for rejected assets and another for assets that require changes. They will also update the Quarterly Refresh Project to add two tiles: one for Assets to Retire and one for Design Updates.

Learning scenario

Now that you have learned how to add asset collection tiles, let's learn about deleting rejected assets and updating assets.

Delete rejected assets and update assets

In this activity, your instructor shows you how to delete rejected assets and update assets.

In the next step, you will review the key takeaways for this module.
