Page editor: page information

Before publishing a page, it is important to learn about the Page Information menu. The Page Information menu provides access to the page property view, actions that can be performed on the page, and options to navigate to different consoles.

Most Page Information items are accessible only to users with permissions. Items are not displayed if you don’t have the required access.

Actions for the page:

• Rollout
• Start workflow
• Lock/unlock
• Publish/unpublish
• View as published

Publishing a page

After you create and review your content on the author environment, the goal is to make it available on your public website. This is referred to as publishing a page.
