Publish a page

This activity shows you how to publish a page.

Introduction

In this activity, you will review the page that you created and publish the page. You will then verify the page that you published.

Step 1: review the page

  1. Navigate to the page in the Sites console and select it to show the Action bar. To verify the page content before publishing, click the Edit icon to open the Page Editor.

Step 2: publish the page

2. Now that you have reviewed the page, it’s time to publish it. Select Page Information > Publish Page. If there is content used on this page (references), you see a Publish window confirming all the references that will also be published. Click Publish.

Step 3: verify the published page

3. When a page is published, there are several ways to view the publication status of the page:

  • View in the Page Editor under Page Information.
  • View in the Sites console in Column view, List view, and Card view.
  • View in the Sites console in the Timeline of the selected page.
