Create an engagement program

In this step, you will learn how to create an engagement program, add a period cost, and create some emails to use in an engagement program.

Demonstration: create an engagement program

First, you need to create an engagement program.

  1. Create an engagement program by right-clicking in the navigation tree and selecting new program.

  2. Create assets and campaigns subfolders.

  3. Turn off the engagement program during initial setup.

Demonstration: add a period cost

Next, learn how to add a period cost of $200 for stock photography for the month and year the program will go live, to ensure proper reporting.

Demonstration: create email content for the program

Next, you need to generate content for the program. Learn how to create a basic email and then clone it to create the assets needed for the rest of the activities.

  1. Create an email asset in the Assets folder by right-clicking and selecting New Asset from the drop-down.

  2. Give it a name (01-Email) and select the Sophia template, and click Create.

  3. Enter an Email Subject Line and update the call-to-action button.

  4. Approve your email.

  5. Clone your email to create a total of four emails (01-Email, 02-Email, 03-Email, and 04-Email).
