First, you need to create an engagement program.

Create an engagement program by right-clicking in the navigation tree and selecting new program.

Create assets and campaigns subfolders.

Turn off the engagement program during initial setup.

Next, you need to generate content for the program. Learn how to create a basic email and then clone it to create the assets needed for the rest of the activities.

Create an email asset in the Assets folder by right-clicking and selecting New Asset from the drop-down.

Give it a name (01-Email) and select the Sophia template, and click Create.

Enter an Email Subject Line and update the call-to-action button.

Approve your email.

Clone your email to create a total of four emails (01-Email, 02-Email, 03-Email, and 04-Email).
