Introduction: work intake and request management

Adobe Workfront offers a central location for team members, project managers, resource managers, and others at your organization to manage and collaborate on their work more efficiently.

Part of that work management process is work intake—the first step in the project lifecycle.

Karen knows it's important her organization has a method for handling the dozens, if not hundreds, of incoming work requests her teams receive each day. She sets up Workfront request queues so users have a central place where they can submit requests for the various types of work done at the company.
