Manage assets for other users

As a Workfront administrator, you can access and manage all of the assets in Workfront Library. You can perform basic actions, such as sharing, renaming, or deleting, for all user content. You can also transfer ownership of individual assets. For information on how to transfer individual assets, see the section Transfer individual assets in Transfer ownership assets to another user.

View All Content by Owner

The All Content area contains content belonging to all users. You can filter by owner to focus on a single user’s content. To do this, the owner facet must first be enabled.

Enable the Owner facet

  1. Click the Menu icon.In the upper-left corner of Workfront Library, click the Menu icon .

  2. To the left of the screen, select All Content.

  3. Select Setup, then Taxonomy.

  4. Click Add Field.

  5. Select the Attribute radio button.

  6. Click into the drop-down menu, then select Owner.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Now that you have the Owner facet enabled, the owner field will now appears under the asset details and in the filter menu. Continue to the following section to Filter by Owner.

Filter by owner

  1. Click the Filter icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. In the filter list, click Owner.

  3. Type the name of the Owner whose assets you want to access in the box. When the full name appears, select it.

  4. (Optional) Select other filters you want to apply.
