Upload a proof of a website

In this video, you will learn how to:

  • Upload a website as a static proof
  • Upload a website as an interactive proof

Interactive content considerations

As you start proofing websites, you may find that Workfront doesn’t support every configuration or situation. Certain criteria must be met:

  • The website must be hosted with a secure protocol, meaning the website address starts with https.
  • The website to be proofed cannot be embedded in an iframe.
  • The website must be accessible to the reviewers.
  • The website needs to be publicly accessible, meaning it can’t be behind a firewall.
  • When creating static website proofs, the website cannot be password protected.

Your turn

IMPORTANT
Don’t forget to remind your co-workers you’re sending them a proof as part of your Workfront training.
  1. Open a project, task, or issue that you’re using for hands-on practice in Workfront. Make a static proof of your organization’s website. If it doesn’t meet the static proof criteria, you can use adobe.com.
  2. Next, make an interactive proof of your organization’s website. You can use adobe.com if the other website won’t work.
