Transcript
In this video, you will learn how to edit the access levels of your users in Workfront Goals.
Before your users can use Workfront Goals, you must set them up within the system. Make sure they have one of the following Workfront licenses, Plan, Work, or Review.
As the system administrator, you might want your users to see or edit Goals. You will need to enable the Goals feature in the access level to allow users to either view or edit Goals. Click the Main Menu icon in Workfront, then click Setup. In the left panel, click Access Levels.
Click the name of an access level you want to edit.
Note, the external license type does not allow View or Edit access to Workfront Goals. Click No Access, View, or Edit depending on the permissions you want users with this access level to have, then click Save and Close.

System administrators can keep track of how many Workfront Goals licenses have been used through the Setup area of Workfront.

  1. Expand the System option in the left panel menu.
  2. Click Licenses.
  3. You can see the total number of Workfront Goals licenses and how many have been assigned through access levels.
