23.1 Introduction to Adobe Journey Optimizer: build an email message

In this exercise, you’ll discover Journey Optimizer and you’ll build out an email message.

23.2 Configure a trigger-based journey - Account Creation

In this exercise, you’ll configure a trigger-based journey to send out the email message you created in the previous exercise.

23.3 Configure a trigger-based journey - Order Confirmation

In this exercise, you’ll configure a trigger-based journey to send out the email message you created in the previous exercise.

23.4 Configure a batch-based newsletter journey

In this exercise, you’ll configure a batch-based journey to send out the email message you created in the previous exercise.

23.5 Apply personalization in an email message

In this exercise, you’ll use segment memberships to define what content will be shown inside an email and you’ll also reuse the Offer Activity that you created in a previous enablement module and you’ll embed it in an email message.

23.6 Setup and use push notifications for iOS

In this exercise you’ll install a mobile application on your iOS device and you’ll configure and deliver a push notification to your device.

23.7 Create a business event journey

In this exercise, you’ll define a business event which will deliver a back-in-stock message over SMS to customers that had previously shown interest in that product, but couldn’t buy it as the product was out of stock.
