An admin can choose to require login in order to view a report.

Click Admin, and then Login Settings.

Click Edit for Smart List Report Settings.

Select Yes to require a login to download reports.
CAUTIONWhen a login is required to download reports, if you don’t have access to Marketo, you will not receive smart list report emails. This applies to existing and future subscriptions.
