A hard bounce occurs when an email has failed due to an invalid email address.
If emails are going through ToutApp servers, we manage hard bounces.
If emails are going through your own servers, check with your SMTP provider. In this case, Sales Connect isn’t notified about hard bounces.
You can find a list of your bounced email in the Bounced tab in the Command Center.
This will only show bounced emails if you are sending emails through the ToutApp servers. We don’t have visibility into your bounces if you’re sending through your own server.
Clicking the email will give you more details about why it bounced.
