Saving smart list rules is a great way to save yourself valuable time.

Saving Smart List Rules

1. In Marketing Activities, select your smart campaign (or create a new one).

   

2. Click Smart List.

   

3. Add your desired filters/triggers.

   

   

4. When you’re done adding filters/triggers, click the Smart Campaign Actions drop-down and select Save Smart List Rule.

   

5. Name your rule set and click Save.

   

And that’s it! Next time you create a smart campaign, you’ll have access to the same exact set of rules. In fact, let’s do that now…

Using Saved Smart List Rules

1. In Marketing Activities, select your smart campaign (or create a new one).

   

2. Click Smart List.

   

3. Click the Saved Rule drop-down.

   

4. Select and drag over the desired rule.

   

5. Your smart list auto-populates with the same set of rules. Simply follow the rest of the regular smart campaign steps after that.
