Create an Email Program in Program Schedule View


 

You can create new email programs directly in the program schedule view.

  1. Select your program in the tree, then go to the Schedule tab under Overview.

  2. Hover over the day you want to add an entry to, then click Add.

    NOTE

    You can also follow similar steps to create an email program from the Day, Week, or Agenda views.

  3. Enter a name for your new smart campaign, then change Type to Email Program. You can also modify the Start Date, and uncheck Open In Agenda View if you want to stay in the calendar after creating the entry. Click Save.

  4. You can now find your email program in the calendar. Hover over it for details…

…or click to open the editor window.

NOTE

You can create email programs within the program schedule view in Marketo Sky, but the actual program setup will be in Marketo Classic.
