Create a Batch Smart Campaign in Program Schedule View


 

You can create new batch smart campaigns directly in the calendar.

NOTE

Only batch smart campaigns can be created in the program schedule view. Trigger campaigns are not supported.

  1. Select your program in the tree, then go to the Schedule tab under Overview.

  2. Hover over the day you want to add an entry to, then click Add.

    NOTE

    You can also follow similar steps to create a batch smart campaign from the Day, Week, or Agenda views.

  3. Enter a name for your new smart campaign, then change Type to Smart Campaign. You can also modify the Start Date, and uncheck Open In Agenda View if you want to stay in the calendar after creating the entry. Click Save.

  4. You can now find your smart campaign in the calendar. Hover over it for details…
