How to find help with Journey Orchestration

Understand where you can quickly find answers to your questions around Journey Orchestration, how to contact support, and where to log support tickets, and how you can give us feedback.

In this video I will explain how you can get help within the Journey Orchestration User Interface. If you want to get up to speed with Journey Orchestration you’re a new user, or you’re stuck while you’re creating your Journey or have other questions that you need answers to. If you encounter a bug or simply want to give us feedback or communicate with the Journey Orchestration Community, click on this little question mark bubble up here. Here you have several options. The top search bar allows you to search help content across all Adobe Experience Cloud products. The section here with these three options is specific to Journey Orchestration. The first option is Help. Here on the top you find a list of links to articles and tutorial videos to help you get up to speed with Journey Orchestration. This is what these tutorials look like. You have a very thorough video, with a step by step explanation of the subject that you’ve clicked on. In this case, understanding Journey Orchestration. You also have links to learning, you can directly access the learning sections with an Experience League. You also have direct access to the community either through this link or the link down here, where you can interact with other Journey Orchestration users, experts from Adobe and from the Journey Orchestration Community. Release note links, and where the links to the tutorials are available here as well, and the links to the Journey Orchestration Help Center. If you need to contact us, you will find all the support numbers right here, either the numbers for the US and Canada. If you are located in any of the other regions right click here and you will find the support number for your region. You can also contact us via Twitter or directly, if you have an issue with a system, if you encounter a bug for example, you can click on here and create a Support Ticket. Describe your problem, please be as detailed as possible, and remember to fill all the fields out. And when you click on Open ticket, a ticket will be opened and your support request will go directly to our Journey Orchestration support team.
