Custom Process Step

A custom process step was implemented to populate workflow variables of type Array List with the attachments and attachment names. This variable is then used in the Send Email workflow component. If you are not familiar with creating OSGi bundle, please follow these instructions

The code in the custom process step does the following

  • Query for all the adaptive form attachments under the payload folder. Folder name is passed as a process argument to the process step.

  • Populate listOfDocuments workflow variable

  • Populate attachmentNames workflow variable

  • Set the value of workflow variable (no_of_attachments)

Please make sure you have the following variables defined in your workflow for the code to work
listOfDocuments - variable of type ArrayList of Documents
attachmentNames - variable of type ArrayList of String
no_of_attachments - variable of type Double
