L’SDK Java per AEM Forms Document Security fornisce API che consentono a un account utente di proteggere un documento per conto di un altro utente senza ottenere le autorizzazioni per modificare il documento. È possibile utilizzare le API in un processo di flusso di lavoro o in modo programmatico come servizio documenti. Le nuove API sono:

  • protectDocumentUse l'API ProtectDocument per applicare un criterio a un documento per conto di

    un altro account utente. Le autorizzazioni dell'account utente utilizzato per applicare il criterio rimangono limitate alla protezione del documento. Non ottiene i diritti per aprire e visualizzare il documento.   • protectDocumentWithCoverPageUse l'API ProtectDocumentWithCoverPage per applicare un criterio e aggiungere una copertina a un documento per conto di un altro utente. Le autorizzazioni dell'account utente utilizzato per applicare il criterio rimangono limitate alla protezione del documento. Non ottiene i diritti per aprire e visualizzare il documento. Effettuare le seguenti operazioni per proteggere un documento per conto di un altro utente e senza ottenere le autorizzazioni per la modifica del documento:

  1. Crea un set di criteri. Ad esempio, PolicySet1.

  2. Crea un criterio nel set di criteri appena creato. Ad esempio, Policy1 in PolicySet1.

  3. Crea un utente con il Rights Management di ruoli Utente finale. Ad esempio, User1. Fornire all'utente appena creato le autorizzazioni necessarie per visualizzare i documenti protetti tramite Policy1.

  4. Creare un nuovo ruolo. Ad esempio, Role1. Fornire l'autorizzazione Service Invoke al nuovo ruolo creato. Crea un utente con un ruolo appena creato. Ad esempio, User2.Puoi utilizzare User2 o un amministratore per creare una connessione SDK e richiamare il servizio protectDocument.
