Enable PDF/A support

PDF Generator supports the creation of PDF/A-compliant files from Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word files.

1. In administration console, click Services > PDF Generator > File Type Settings.
2. Click New or select an existing file type setting.
3. Click Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Microsoft Word and then select Create PDF/A-1a Compliant File and save your changes.
4. In the native application (such as Microsoft Word), click Adobe PDF > Change Conversion Settings, and then select PDF/A-1b.
