If Target Traces does not appear in AEP Debugger, ensure that you sign in to an organization where Adobe Target is used and enable the Target Trace toggle.
The Target Traces tab does not appear in Adobe Experience Platform Debugger.
Check the following conditions first:

Target Debugging Tools section must be enabled.If the issue remains despite above conditions, please attempt the following steps below.
Create a new browser profile
On Chrome browser:
Reset browser settings to default
On Chrome browser:

Restore settings to their original defaults >
Reset settings.
