Issue/Symptoms

This article explains how to investigate the issue when you are unable to connect to the FTP/SFTP server to upload image(s) to Dynamic Media Classic.

Resolution

Check from both the client perspective and the service perspective.

Client perspective

Check credentials and network status to narrow down the issue:

  • Try a different FTP/SFTP client

  • Confirm the user and password used for the connection

  • Try to connect without a VPN or Proxy

  • Try accessing with another PC

Service perspective

Check if there is a service outage or maintenance activity on Adobe System Status.
