Access issues in Adobe Audience Manager


Are you having access issues in Audience Manager, despite being granted access via the Admin Console? These steps will help.


The AAM system admin, within the Audience Manager UI itself (not Admin Console), will need to complete these steps to finish granting permissions to new user accounts.

  1. Navigate to Administration Users

  1. Locate the user account in question, and enable the “Is Admin” checkbox to grant full AAM permissions
