Not Able To View Targeting And Workflow Tab in Campaign | Campaign Classic


The “Targeting and Workflow” tab is not visible in the campaign.



Example : 



This issue occurs because the option under campaign template properties “Functionalities used in the campaign ” is not enabled.

  • Check the campaign template associated with the campaign.
  • Open the campaign template.
  • Go to Edit Advance campaign parameters configurations.

On this screen, you will see “Targeting and workflows” and select the value as Yes.
