Unable to view targeting and workflow tab in Campaign | Campaign Classic

Issue/Symptoms
The “Targeting and Workflow” tab is not visible in the campaign. For example:

Resolution
This issue occurs because the option under campaign template properties “Functionalities used in the campaign” is not enabled. To resolve this -
- Check the campaign template associated with the campaign.
- Open the campaign template.
- Go to Edit, then click Advance campaign parameters.
- Under Configuration, select the value as Yes against Targeting and workflows.
