Issue/Symptoms

  • Setting up Audience Sharing with Experience Cloud fails with error:

Environment

  • Campaign Standard - People Core Services
  • Adobe Audience Manager (AAM)
  • Import shared audience Workflow is going into “No” state to process.

Resolution

Steps to Resolve/Workaround

  • Check Data Source Configuration in AAM to see whether Marketing ID (MID) or Customer ID (CID) is selected
  • Check Data Source Settings - Inbound in Campaign to see whether MID or CID is selected
  • Confirm that both AAM and Campaign are using the same ID settings
