Adobe Audience Manager (AAM).
Import Shared Audience Workflow is going into “No” state to process.

Issue/Symptoms

Setting up Audience Sharing with Experience Cloud fails with error:

Resolution resolution

Check the Data Source Configuration in AAM to see whether Marketing ID (MID) or User ID (CID) are selected.
Check the Data Source Settings > Inbound in Campaign to see whether MID or CID is selected.
Confirm that both the AAM and Campaign are using the same ID settings.
