Issue/Symptoms

Items are appearing in the entity variable syntax instead of the values of the entity variables
Thumbnails are not getting served in the Recommendation

Criteria is Ready
Products exist in the activities “Download Data” Excel sheet

Resolution resolution

Steps to Resolve/Workaround

Confirm that products added in the Recommendations have a valid Page URL, Base URL, and Thumbnail URL
Use mboxDebug to confirm all Recommendations actions are set correctly

Root Cause

There could be unexpected reference errors when attempting to load the entity URLs for these products.
