To view your subscriptions and add new ones:
If a feature you’re trying to use is not available or asks you to subscribe, check your current subscriptions as follows:
To add a subscription or find out more details, tap Subscribe Now. The workflow may vary on Samsung devices.
If you have not updated to the latest app version, you’ll see the legacy user interface which lists individual subscriptions.
The subscription workflow does not block you from upgrading to a package that includes services to which you are already subscribed, but it does tell you to cancel those existing subscriptions. For example, if you subscribe to Acrobat Pro DC, you should cancel all other subscriptions.
You can manage your subscriptions from any device:
Open the Subscriptions tab.
Tap Manage subscriptions.
Manage subscriptions from your app store. See Play Store.
Cancel subscriptions from the app store where you initiated the subscription:
From Play Store
Open Google Play on any device.
Choose the hamburger menu (3 vertical lines on the top left).
Choose Subscriptions > (your item to cancel) > Cancel Subscription.

After a dialogue appears stating your purchase is restored, relaunch the app and try using your paid services.

Issue: The Restore Purchases workflow breaks after Acrobat on Android updates from a store that’s different from the original install store.
Details: When Acrobat on Android updates manually or automatically from a store which is different from the original installing store, the restore subscription workflow breaks. For example, downloading from Google’s app store but updating via Samsung’s app store, tapping Subscriptions > Restore Purchases results in an dialog which asks you to reinstall the app.
To fix this issue, backup your data and reinstall the app as follows:
Back up your data. Note that files listed in the Recent list are likely already backed up. With Acrobat open and a network connection, cloud files should already be synced. The local storage area Acrobat automatically uses is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
Uninstall the app via the standard method on your device.
Reinstall the app from the app store where you originally purchased your subscription.
