Learn how to create an external archive for backup copies of agreements that have been sent. You can archive copies of signed agreements to any email address or to Box and Evernote. A copy of the Signed and Filed email is sent to either the email address you provide or to the service you set up.
Log in as the account admin, go to the Account tab, and click Account Settings and External Archive.
Enter the email address that you want to use as your archive and click Save Changes.
To set up your External Archive with your Box account, log in as the Account Admin and go to the Account tab.
Click Account Settings, External Archive and then click the click here link to the right of the Box logo.
Follow the Box-specific directions in the pop-up window.
To link your Evernote account to your External Archive, log in as the Account Admin and go to the Account page.
Click Account Settings, External Archive and click the click here link to the right of the Evernote logo.
